These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Oxdara (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering an account, purchasing an evaluation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Oxdara provides trading evaluation services via MetaTrader 5 (“MT5”) accounts to assess trading skills.
All accounts use simulated funds; we do not provide brokerage or investment services.
Our services are for educational and evaluation purposes only.
Participation does not guarantee funding or profit.
To access our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
We reserve the right to restrict access based on location or regulatory requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may not share accounts or attempt to bypass restrictions using multiple accounts.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Oxdara offers a one-step evaluation with the following requirements (examples; exact values are on the website):
Profit Target: Achieve X% gain within the evaluation period
Maximum Daily Loss: Do not exceed Y% in a single day
Maximum Overall Loss: Do not exceed Z% of account balance
Minimum Trading Days: Required days of active trading (if applicable)
Prohibited Trading Practices: See Section 5
Failure to comply with evaluation rules may result in failure of evaluation and/or account termination.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Exploiting platform latency or pricing errors
Using arbitrage strategies targeting simulation discrepancies
High-frequency or automated trading unless permitted
Signal copying from third-party accounts
Multiple account abuse or collusion
Violation of MT5 platform rules
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
All fees are for evaluation services only.
Fees are non-refundable once trading activity begins (see Refund Policy).
Payment of fees does not guarantee evaluation success or funding.
We reserve the right to update fees at any time, with new rates applying to future evaluations.
Traders who pass the evaluation may be offered a funded account under separate agreements:
Payouts are based on profit-sharing rules published on our website
All payouts are subject to review for compliance and rule adherence
Payouts may be withheld or denied in cases of fraud, rule violation, or account abuse
Oxdara reserves the right to modify or revoke funded accounts at any time.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:
Fees are refundable only if no trading activity has occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension or permanent ban
All content on Oxdara’s website, platform, and materials are owned by Oxdara
You may not copy, distribute, or use our branding or materials without written consent
By using Oxdara, you acknowledge and agree:
We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or platform issues
We do not guarantee profits or funding
Use of our services is at your own risk
Oxdara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Oxdara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Rule violations
Fraud or suspicious activity
Abuse of the platform
Breach of these Terms
Termination decisions are final.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [To Be Determined Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
You agree to first attempt resolution by contacting support at support@oxdara.com
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the governing law
Oxdara may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on the website with a “Last Updated” date
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
